Mr. Furnace

Over the last 34 years, I have bought (for three different houses) five new furnaces, five new A/Cs, several water heaters, a HEPA Filter, a humidifier and several maintenance agreements from Randy Norton at Mr. Furnace. The most recent purchase was June 29th, 2016 i.e. furnace, A/C and tankless water heater. I feel well qualified to say that Randy Norton is the best in the business! I am delighted that he has returned to Mr. Furnace. I trust his wealth of knowledge and have never been disappointed in all the years I have done business with him. Over the last 34 years, I have never encountered a service person or staff person (a shoutout to Donna) from Mr. Furnace who was not courteous, efficient, and personable. Most recently, Tom and Jay installed a new furnace, A/C and tankless water heater over two days. They were very quietly efficient, very polite, very knowledgable and also very patience in teaching about the new equipment. Excellent overall and many thanks!
