I did not have to pay for this service because I enrolled in their monthly service contract for my heating & air conditioning system. The service person was very polite, answered all my questions and appeared very knowledgeable.

A special Thank you to Brandi for all your help; the service and advice was very helpful in deciding the right furnace and ac that was best for our family and home. Service was fast and no big mess afterward.
Brandi goes the extra mile to help and make sure the service and job was done to perfection. Way to go Brandi. It is refreshing to see someone set the bar so high and you did. Thanks Again

Brandy Maracle arrived at my house a complete stranger to give a quote for an air conditioner. I am generally very particular about following through on being very thorough on finding the best company at the best price. Brandy however made me feel so comfortable that night and she was so confident that they were the best company for the job. She left not only with the sale but with the key to my house so they could come in the next day when I was at work to install the new unit. She also came after the install to answer questions and to ensure the job was done right. Without supervision the job was "top-shelf" everything was clean and done proficiently. I can't say enough about the quailty, commitment to service and confidence I had after dealing with Brandy. You cannot go wrong using her and One Hour H&A.

I had to replace my 17 year old furnace. Mr. Furnace was recommended by a few friends and even some co-workers. Excellent Service and Great Financing options. I can definitely sleep better in the coldest of winters now.

Justin came to do my yearly furnace and A/C maintenace last week. What a pleasure these days to have such a puntual , knowledgeable person making sure everything is in perfect working order. What a pleasant, friendly young man, a real asset to One Hour. I will definitely ask for him again when my yearly maintenance is due next year.
