Mr. Furnace

I purchased a home that has a furnace installed by Mr. Furnace. A triple ply beam has been cut out to install the venting. Mr. Furnace has not contacted me with resolution, even months after I emailed them insisting.

We called Mr furnace for a new heating and cooling system as ours was breaking down. From the friendly voice in the office to our awesome sales rep Scott H who explained everything in detail. He made me feel so knowledgeable that I was thoroughly informed with my decision to proceed. I was getting great value, exceptional service as my ac and furnace were delivered and installed the very next day!! Fantastic install team of Tom and Matt. I am do pleased I didn't go with the other guy who quoted me over the phone. The warranties are fantastic and the service and all work preformed were quality. I thank the great team for exceptional workmanship.

I have dealt with Mr. Furnace for years and have always been completely satisfied. They are the best! Claude did our routine A/C servicing today, and like all the Mr. furnace techs, he did a great job. (The $250 cost is for a service contract that covers the entire year.)

I would highly recommend the service technician Cory for his extreme patience and courteous professionalism in tracking down the source of a malfunctioning air conditioner. Brilliant detective work by a consummate professional!

Claude came to do the routine yearly service on my air conditioner. He was very polite and efficient at his job. After several tests he decided that there may be a small leak so a return visit was booked for later this week. I probably paid a bit extra when I went with this company, but they're always on time and the workmanship is excellent. I recommend Mr. Furnace highly.

As usual Claude is the only repair guy I use when conducting service with Mr Furnace. He is extremely polite and knowledgeable. Claude always ensures the job is done right and won't stop until the customer is completely satisfied. I don't think Claude ever has a bad day. He always has a huge infectious smile. Claude is the reason why I depend on Mr. Furnace.

Repair of a water heater

- I called Mr. Furnace after my water heater stopped producing hot water I was only getting room temperature water ( which made me laugh I was thinking a thermocouple issue and it was that's usually the first thing to go )

- When I called Mr. Furnace I was treated with respect, the details were all put into place properly which was absolutely impressive to me, there were 3 follow up calls to get everything coordinated time and appointment wise once again I was treated with the utmost respect.

- I was told that a lad by the name of Cory was going to come by and have a look at my water heater, then I remembered a gent by the same name who did some annual maintenance on a boiler which I own, which I can say he took it to limit of maintenance, I got to see the burners, the inside of a tankless boiler. That made my day

-When Cory showed up to look at my hot water tank he went at it no holds barred. He shared information with me during the process, I asked him questions, he answered honestly. He made numerous phone calls in an effort to try and find parts and he tried to accelerate the process of fixing the water heater as he said “You can't live without hot water”. During the time he spent here doing his work, he and I had conversations about technical things, and he did not treat me like I was just the average “dummy”. That impressed me to no end. I actually seen a service-ended worker that just doesn't want to come in and get out. After the parts for the heater were found, he came back and he realigned everything and it worked on a trial and error basis, but he did not give up and he got the heater working.

I can without a doubt say Cory is without any doubt one of the best service technicians that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I would just like to send my thanks out to the office staff of Mr. Furnace and Cory Hoffer for their patience and support. I could not expect any more from any service provider.

We had trouble with our propane furnace not coming on when needed. We called Mr. Furnace for a service visit. The rep sent out was Cory. He was extremely helpful and thorough. He took apart the burners and was able to clean them and now our furnace works perfectly. I would try to ask for Cory any time we call because he was so knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing.

We had Cory in to conduct the annual service work on the Mr. Furnace supplies furnace and A.C. As we have found with all the technicians we had from Mr. Furnace in the past, this gentleman was very professional, courteous and efficient. Cory demonstrated Customer Service that could be held up as a model to most of today's work force.

Cory is a very trustworthy and knowlegable young man, he is a pleasure to have in your house to do the maintenance on either furnace or air, he ensures all your questions are answered before he leaves. Thank you Cory!!!
