Mr. Furnace

I was looking to get central air for my 2nd home/rental and I found Mr. Furnace on HomeStars.They sold me a great product that was expertly installed (thank you Ryan).

These guys did an A1 job. No messes or anything left over.
Couldn't have nicer guys. They did a stellar job and everything is great! I'd recommend these guys over and over again.

Ryan and Brain came and installed our new system the other day and they were nothing but polite and professional . They explained and showed us everything we would need to know about the system. When they left it was all clean and tidy like no one was here

The two installers Ryan and Tom did an excellent job, in and out in one day for both new air conditioner and furnace. We were also duly impressed with their efficient clean up.

If I could give 11 stars, I would. Excellent service from extremely qualified technicians, as promised. They were prompt, courteous, fastidious, very knowledgeable, careful and tidy. Everything was done to the highest standard, everything was checked and tested before they left and I feel safe and secure, knowing that we will have all season, worry free comfort for a long time to come and that I have a firm who will maintain this equipment with the same attention to care as they have just proven behind and that prides itself in making sure the
customer is happy - a very welcome rarity these days. I thank, most especially, Randy Norton, Manager, who came to us to sell the equipment and the installers, Randy (another Randy) king of installers, most definitely, and his qualified helpers, Ryan and Jay - they are keepers.

they came out and re tagged my furnace so they could push a new sale at me.
I contact 5 other companies and three separate licenced techs actually diagnosed it as a perfect furnace and reversed the tag . Y experience was a nightmare and I am taking them to small claims court and have filed a bbb and tssa also.

Our air conditioner was not working as expected so Mr. Furnace came out to do an inspection - we found that we had a leak in the system.
Randy came out to give us an quote on a new furnace/air conditioner package. The price was very competitive and we decided to purchase.
The next day, Jay and Tom came to do the install of the new equipment.
Both Jay and Tom were very professional and meticulous. The old equipment was removed and the new equipment was installed in one day.
Randy, Jay and Tom were a pleasure to deal with - professional and friendly.
I would highly recommend Mr. Furnace.

To Randy thank you' all that you promised us when you sat in our home about mr furnace the savings,comfort are excellent
but the shining stars of yours of your company have been your installers and service staff.It is pleasure to have such a polite and courteous service man such as Cory in our home.
