When I got back from work I noticed that the furnace had stop working, It was 4 pm, immediately I call three of the companies in homestars and left a message as an emergency, Culzac Heating was the only company who returned my call immediately, and was here as they said in an hour. Dwayne is extremely, polite, proffesional and honest. He quicly noticed that there was a small loose cable that made the furnace stop working , the only charge was a tune up, and after we decide to change some other parts from it with a very affordable cost. After cancelling my Boiler insurance with my gas supplier for very poor service, we needed someone to come yearly to clean the boiler. After looking on Homestars, I found Dwayne from Culzac. He answered the phone promptly and professionally and made an appointment to come to the house. His window of time for arriving at the home was only one hour, so, nobody had to wait home all day. He arrived exactly on time and did a better job than I had ever seen anyone else do on the boiler. His price was very competitive if not slightly less than others had quoted. Dwayne is our new "go to" guy when it comes to our furnace.

Dwayne returned my first call very quickly and despite it being the middle of July, was able to make a call the following day. He spent over an hour in my hot attic trying to find a solution to our dilemma. He then sent me a quote with options (same day) by email. Dwayne has since installed stage one of our new unit and paid an additional visit to consult with a contractor (who is having to cut a hole in our attic to create space for the new unit). All this above and beyond the call of duty and in a professional, friendly manner. Culzac Heating has been a pleasure to do business with.

We smelled a gas leak on a Saturday evening in our furnace room, and Enbridge showed up and turned off our gas, and told us to get a heating company to replace a leaking valve. We called Culzac, and he came within a couple of hours. Dwayne replaced the valve, and got our heat up and running again (it was a cold winter night). Dwayne was fantastic: knowledgeable, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Found Dwayne on this site, called at 8:00 am - no heat in our house. Dwayne said he would come around 12:30 - was there on the dot. Gave us options, honest, clear and fixed our problem. Just an ignition switch which he was able to source quickly. Great service and a gentleman - rare combinations. We are definitely his customers now forever!

My water pump for the furnace is broken and water leaked all over my basement. I called Culzac Heating & Air Conditioning based on all the nice reveiws from the homestars. He promised came in the same afternoon. He keeped his promise and fixed it in a short time. I will definitily use him again. His service is super!

Dwayne worked for only 30 minutes to fix my air conditioning unit. He just changed some parts in the motor for it tripped. He knew right away what the problem was. He did some testings to make sure it 's working properly. very professional and friendly, too.

Dwayne and Gary were very professional and did a wonderful job in replacing my 25 year old AC by installing a new 1.5 ton Goodman AC unit. He gave me a great quote, came the next day and spend only half the day working on it. It literally has no sound and is providing the much need coolness to my house. Highly recommend them!

Great service from Culzac: our air conditioner conked out on the hottest week in years. Based on the positive Homestar reviews, we called Culzac - Dwayne showed up within the hour and disgnosed the problem - a broken fan. Rather than putting money into the ancient unit, we decided to replace it.

Dwayne and crew installed the new unit quickly, cleanly and for a reasonable price + removed the old, dead AC after they were done.

They did an amazing job. Made multiple trips out to troubleshoot, complete the job and then a final follow-up to make sure everything was okay. My previous HVAC guy never finished the job and then disappeared. I could not get a hold of them. I finally gave up and called Culzac. I should have called them first.
