Very happy with Culzac! Even though another air conditioning installer said that given the space restrictions around our furnace and lack of a basement, the job couldn't be done, Dwayne assured us that it could be done, and at a very reasonable price. The install was scheduled shortly afterwards - they were on time, professional, and the cost was exactly as promised.

Got to this wonderful company through this site. Amazed at their speed: came same day, late in the evening and tried very hard to fix old unit. Came the following day to install the new one.

Sent warranty in 2 days - as promised.

Our air conditioner broke on one of the hottest days of the summer! I called Culzac and they came to see the problem the same day. They diagnose the problem and gave us our options for a new unit as our compressor was broken. We compared their product and price with others and found them to be very competetive. Dwayne Culzac is knowledgeable, thorough, and provides exemplary customer service. I have an old furnace in a crawlspace - it's an unpleasant thing to work on and is getting twitchier in its age. I lost heat some time last night and woke to a freezing, February house. I called Dwayne at 8am. He called me back by 8:15 and worked out the time to visit for a consult at 10am. It proved to not be a fatal injury - an electrical short that he got working and had the house warm again by 10:30. He cautioned that the problem may rest with the circuit board itself and so he sourced the part, had it priced, and set me up with a colleague in case it died while he was out of town next week.

Replaced a 30+ year old furnace with a Coleman new single stage high-efficiancy gas furnace. Dwayne did a great job. He was easy to contact, did a quick and clean installation... could't ask for more.

My wife and I had just bought a new house with a 40 year old Furnace. A/c worked at first, but stopped after a few months. Contacted a bunch of friends and family for a contact and with no luck, ended up looking on HomeStars. Dwayne came and had a look and figured that the problem was with the new A/C being too powerful for the 40 year old furnace. He recommended a furnance replacement (which we knew we would have to do soon) and gave us a very reasonable price. I have to admit, My wife and I were sure if we could trust a guy that we found on the internet, but he met our expectations and more. He and his coworker replaced our furnance, installed the required ductwork and venting and even helped us move a small gas line (at no extra charge). In fact, he even knocked the price down a little as I helped install a new floor vent which he was going to have to do. I wish I had written this review sooner, but life has just been so busy.
