We have had tremendous service from Novel Care , in both instances we have used them. From booking the appointment, to confirming it the day of, and ultimately the quality of the service. And their prices are very fair and reasonable. In this case, Gloria was phenomenal. Totally polite. Extremely smart. Worked quickly and thoroughly, and explained everything well. We couldn't recommend them higher.

I contracted this company to instal an AC unit as a new instal at my home. Their representative came to give me a quote and did not show up at the agreed upon time. Their admin person then double charged my credit card for the deposit. And finally, I was expecting them between 0800-0900 but got a call at 0845 saying that the work was canceled because of possible thunder storms in the area. The Weather warnings were in the forecast for >12 hours. They could of contacted me yesterday . Not sure I completely understand why the instal cannot be done but I accept that. What I don't accept is the constant lack of commitment and professionalism displayed by this company BEFORE the work is even started. This worries me and caused me to ask for a refund, which I did receive. I would stay away from this company.

Excellent service. The employees very polite and very careful not to damage anything. A rug was laid out before they rolled in the equipment needed to do the job so floors would not get any damage. Had boiler ductless air conditioning installed, Will recommend this company anytime.

I have had a few instances over the years where my furnace will stop working on Christmas Eve or Christmas day. In an attempt to be proactive, I asked a technician from Novel Care come service my furnace at the beginning of November. The technician was friendly, and communicated with me about what he was doing while he was there, and things I needed to follow up on for my furnace to be operating to the best of its ability.

A few months go by and my furnace stops working. Not on Christmas, thankfully, but in the middle of one of Toronto’s cold snaps. I contacted NovelCare and Joe came over immediately to take a look at it. He diagnosed the problem almost instantly, fixed it and waited around to ensure that everything was working properly. In that time while we waited, he went over how often I should change my filter, and even sent me a google calendar reminder!

The level of service was greatly appreciated, and as anyone who lives in this climate knows, it is critical a furnace gets fixed quickly to protect the house and everyone in it. I suggest using Novel Care for any of your house-heating needs.

Needed a boiler check and found that what was needed was a new combi boiler. Got timely quote, credit for call out. Boiler was installed on time, schedule and cost.

We've used Novel Care to repair our old boiler and recently to install a new boiler and ductless air conditioning, They've always gotten a technician to us quickly, explained what they were doing, and offered great customer service. The prices are reasonable and the work has been great. I'd definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a new boiler or repairs.

Had a problem with our furnace and called Nobel Care in the early morning. Tania the dispatcher was pleasant and her phone manner can only be described as excellent. She dispatched Harrison her tech to come and address our issues that same day.
Harrison arrived on-time ( with PPE) and and was a real pro. He diagnosed the problem (a new thermostat and controller) within minutes. He replaced the units as required and helped with choice/placement of the new units. He then helped with removal of the existing thermostat and an old humidity controller.
His efforts went above and beyond anything that could be expected (especially in an age of disappointing customer service.)

they were able to respond to our boiler issues on the same day and by the end of that day had scheduled a boiler replacement to start in less then a day and a half while leaving us with portable heaters to get us through. The installers were very professional and amazing. They took the time to correct issues not within the scope of the replacement and walked me through everything they did and why,also Ryan did a complementary check up on our ductless air conditioner system as well. I would definitely recommend them vs the other HVAC companies I have used in the past.

Novel Care was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were able to match our families needs with the right product to keep our home reliably comfortable. We went with a Mitsubishi multi zone ductless air conditioner, heat pump to match our homes heating and cooling needs. I was especially impressed with installation quality and professionalism. The installers showed up on time and completed the job and left with the only evidence of their presence being a fantastic new heating and cooling system. The lines were run neat and plum and the external vent had absolutely no issues with freeze up during the extreme cold. Their unique way of installing the high efficiency vent makes it virtually impossible to freeze up like a lot of the issues others have reported. I would highly recommend this team to anyone considering a heating or cooling upgrade.

So grateful for these guys. Very helpful, professional, and down to earth. I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to me and to show me what was going on technically. He answered my plethora of questions, and I was able to verify the legitimacy of everything that he said. My furnace failed at a very inopportune time, and I can imagine how easy it might be for a lot of guys out there to dishonestly take advantage of a situation like that and fleece their customer. So I am very grateful for his straightforward manner and honesty. Not only that, they dropped everything to come get the job done right quick. And even still their work was top quality and expedient.

These days when quick fixes, corner-cutting, and garbage products are the norm, it’s difficult to find a contractor you can trust. I trust these guys and look forward to using them and forwarding their service in the future.Highly recommend.
