The installers Ryan and Shaun always being considerate of being in our home, so knowledgeable and educating us on our new boiler and ductless air conditioning system operation and dual zone thermostat zoning and helping us download apps so we can operate our system remotely on our phones. Our new boiler is so quiet. We also notice how smoothly the ductless air conditioning system adjusts itself to keep our home the constant temperature that we have chosen.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE !!!!! Called about 8:30 this morning. A small part we had replaced on our water tank about 10 months ago had started leaking.
one of the techs was there within a couple hours and had the leak fixed, no hassel, no bs. Call these guys for cooling and heating, you will not be sorry. Thank you Novel Care

Novel care did a very good job Installing our new boiler and a ductless air conditioner . Noticed the difference in the air quality right away.The 2 guys were very professional and accommodating. The main guy showed me how to use our new systems . I recommend Novel care and will use again in the future. Price was very compete time.

Dean recently recommended and installed a new high-efficiency furnace for me in the middle of the current cold snap. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing and able to explain things clearly.
