I was very happy with the installation services provided. The service person was on time, friendly and professional, and used good quality materials (hoses etc). He also gave me some good tips re how to improve the performance and longevity of my machines, which I appreciate! I took off one point for some difficulty communicating with Sutton prior to the appointment on a pretty straightforward parts issue, which left me wondering right up to the time the technician arrived as to whether or not they'd be able to complete the install. Fortunately the technician was not as confused as the person on the phone and all work was done completely and to a very good standard. Overall a good job, and I'll definitely continue to call Sutton for any appliance needs. Thanks!

Consistently good service. They have repaired my fridge, dryer and dishwasher in the past. Not the cheapest, but very reliable and honest.
They are willing to explain and answer questions.

The service men from this company are very friendly and knowledgeable. They showed up on time and identified the issue right away. They originally came for another appliance under our kitchenaid warranty and we have been calling them directly ever since. They are much cheaper than going through kitchenaid.

My Jenn-Air control panel would not work. A Sutton and Son technician was dispatched quickly and he diagnosed the problem right away, ordered parts and within a day returned to replace the control panel. Work was done quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service.

Excellent and PROMPT. Said they would call at 8:30 to set up an appt and the phone rang at 8:30. Said he would be here by 10 and he was. Friendly, professional technician. Dishwasher repaired and runs perfectly. HIGHLY recommend.

Repairman was very personable, clean and knowledgeable. He was unable to fix the frig. icemaker because it needed a part which was going to cost too much. The repairman didn't recommended it because of the age of the frig. and the fact that it (the frig.) probably wouldn't last much longer.
We appreciated the fact that he was very honest and didn't try to talk us into something.

Misdiagnosed ..then blamed the homeowner. The service guy wrote
"changed O ring " on the bill then left after chastising me for overloading. Some genius in Sutton & Sons office scratched out the service guys comment and wrote "machine was tested and is working fine" Sneaky business practice. Thank God Home Depot stands behind the consumer They sent a different company. Good lesson though. I will never allow another service guy into my home (regardless of what the warranty company says) without checking them out on this site or a similar site.

We woke up one morning with a the gas detectorgoing off. Called Sutton and Sons and they arrived within 2 Hrs...( It was Xmas eve ).
Diagnosed the problem and gave a report that the furnace required replacing immediately...On Boxing - delivered and setup a new furnace...Stayed all day and made sure everything was up and running...What more can you ask. Called back later to check service and how furnace was running.
