We initially contacted Clarke basement systems approximately 5 years ago when the basement took on water. They came out and did a phenomenal job. At the time they recommended we do the entire perimeter of the house. We declined and only did the area where the initial problem was. It worked and worked 100%. Until now. This summer we had water enter the basement in 2 other areas. Called Clarke to come back and indeed, do the entire perimeter. It was a TON of work because now that meant doing the finished part of the basement. The crew came in and were amazing. They worked so so hard. They were very respectful of our property and took care to be the least disruptive as possible. The job is now 100% completed and we're thrilled. Thank you so much for a job well done. PS... If they recommend doing the entire perimeter, I'd suggest following their recommendation. They know what they are talking about. It's not your classic "upsell". Thanks again. Mum had Clark basement systems install their system approx 10 months ago, and this fall we decided to go ahead and install a battery back up. So now, NO worries about water in the bsmt, and 86 yr old Mum is thrilled. They did an amazing job, and the workers were very respectful of Mums house. Would highly recommend.

After living in her home for 25 years, this year my Mum got a bit of water in her basement which freaked her out and upset her greatly. After doing research I decided to call 2 companies to obtain 2 estimates to get this situation taken care of for her. Mum is 86!! The first company, really, did not even want to take the time to even talk to me, or come out to her home! He said I will email you some information (which he never did). Sigh. My next call was to Clarke Basement Systems and what a breath of fresh air it was. From the service, to reception, to the Sales Person to our OUTSTANDING CREW, which was headed by ROB .... we were treated so well. Many calls to confirm, to reschedule due to a storm and follow up. Mum and I are thrilled and really really want to comment and THANK ROB and his team for their hard word, respectfulness of Mum's home and doing a fine job. When they were leaving a neighbour came out and he will be calling for an appointment too. You can tell Rob LOVES his work, what a funny guy and so knowledgeable. Thanks again. GO ROB!!!!! Edit on March 18, 2013 The system has been in Mums house for a little over a month now and works PERFECTLY. NO water in the bsmt, and you can tell the pump is working and pumping water to the outside. Great system and great workmanship. Thanks again.

Excellent and PROMPT. Said they would call at 8:30 to set up an appt and the phone rang at 8:30. Said he would be here by 10 and he was. Friendly, professional technician. Dishwasher repaired and runs perfectly. HIGHLY recommend.

First thing in the morning my garage opener failed to open the garage door. Called in the morning, said I would be home after 2pm. 2pm spot on, repair man was here. He was able to promptly repair my opener. Exceptional service. Thank you. I am located in Burlington Ontario, Canada.
