Our Whirlpool washing machine had been experiencing an "F9 E1" error on an intermittent basis. After unsuccessfully trying to troubleshoot on our own (manual resets and cleaning the pump filter) it was time to call in a pro. A referral led us to iCare and two days later we were back in business. From the initial call, pre-service confirmation, visit to assess the issue(s) and final visit to install a part, our experience was top notch. The technician was friendly, professional, respectful, very tidy and a pleasure to have in our home. It was also nice to receive a follow up call a week later to ensure that were were happy and everything was working properly. While I hope that all our appliances will work without issue for years to come; however, if we do need help, I wouldn't hesitate to contact iCare.
