The person answered the phone was rude , hostile and swore freely. Insulting the customer is not good business practice. Windows are a big deal to the homeowner and the Arbour personal life should not come into the equation. Never again
Misdiagnosed ..then blamed the homeowner. The service guy wrote "changed O ring " on the bill then left after chastising me for overloading. Some genius in Sutton & Sons office scratched out the service guys comment and wrote "machine was tested and is working fine" Sneaky business practice. Thank God Home Depot stands behind the consumer They sent a different company. Good lesson though. I will never allow another service guy into my home (regardless of what the warranty company says) without checking them out on this site or a similar site.
