Bath Fitter

The staff was very courteous and tidy. Cost was decent for the type of tub purchased. Overall very professional and quick service. Left the bathroom looking like it was before minus the different tub. Definetly recommend to use and will be using again.

I own a rental property in North York and Craig Snooks and his staff made the bathroom renovation possible wih the least possible inconvenience to my tenants.. The Tub and surround were replaced the same day with no extras.

I reno'd my bathroom with Bath fitter unfortunately within 2 years there was a crack in the rear wall. It was fixed via warranty with a larger shelf. Then this year 2011 there is a crack around the drain. The warranty call was efficient. The repair "expert" told me that the bathtub would need to be replaced. "Did I have my copy of the receipt" I did but would have to look for it. The fax number he gave me was not in service - I have faxed the main number but... 3 weeks later the reception has no record of my order or information. I am happy with the product and the cleaning. Warranty needed! Service??? My repair is still pending.

satisfied with overall work and product.took longer than expected but they did resolve all the problems. I Would recommend them to everyone because the end result was good. After painting the bathroom it looked even better.

We had Bath Fitter come into my old home and cover the old purple bathtub with an acrylic insert and it looked fantastic. If you like the acrylic look it was great and very durable. The beauty about it was how fast and efficient they were. I have replaced old tubs before and it can get messy and can be difficult to do our bathroom renovation was much quicker with the bath fitter.

They were extremely helpful, professional and got the job done. the work was excellent and I would recommend them to family and friends. The price is a bit high but you pay for good work.

We did 2 renovation projects thru Bath Fitter this past year. The second job was quite extensive and they had to spend two days tearing out the old shower stall. There are always some hiccups during construction and Bath Fitter replaced the final glass stall with the one we had originally requested. Its good to see they stand behind their guaranteed work.

I had Bath Fitter come into my home to install a tubliner and wall system They finished the job in one day and they did a great job. The installer was very nice and professional. I am very happy with the work that was done and the price was resonable.

On Nov.17,2010 Cherryl Steer came to my home to measure for a tub and shower install. On Dec.7 Chuck Gibson came to install in the worst snow storm in decades! Both Cherryl and Chuck were prompt, courteous, professional and competent. Chuck even dug out his own parking spot since the plows had not yet arrived in my area! It was a pleasure to have both of these Bath Fitter representatives in my home and I thank them for a job well done.
