Replaced a tub and shower unit in our house

Everyone from the management to the worker were extremely polite and professional. They always kept their appointments with us and did the job with little to no disruction. This was 10 years ago and the tub enclosure is still as snug and well fitting as the day they installed it.

Bathroom Renovation

Bath Fitters normally talks about getting the job done in one day. Our experience however shows that it can take two weeks to get the parts, labour and service completed. Our renovator was subcontracted out to another company who need several days to gather supplies, and was unable to work during normal business hours. All in all it took 2 weeks to complete the job that was advertised to take 1 day.

bath tub reno

Bath Fitters did a great job installing a new tub and enclosure over our 30 year old, stained tub. It was so much easier than having the old tiles removed. Everything was done in 1 day and we are very happy with the fresh look of our bathroom.

bathroom renovation, updating tub,shower

We needed to update our 30year old bathroom. The very ugly tiles and scratched tub were an eyesore and needed to be replaced or covered. Bathfitter's came in and assembled the all in one unit in one day and it has been a satisfactory solution for us at much less the expense and mess of a total overhaul!

$3,000.00

instal of tub and enclosure

Product is very nice, quick instal, with few issues following. Only issue is that new surface needs to be cleaned with specific products so it doesn't scratch. The staff from initial phone call to follow up visit to measure, to final instal have been professional, courteous, and knowledgable (offering solutions, suggestions etc.).

Bath tub renovation

An estimator came to our home to give us an estimate and help us to pick the products that would work for us and then they came and in one day we had a completely renovated tub area which looked amazing....he even installed the shower curtain rod I had purchased and cleaned up the entire area. We were totally happy with the job that he did and would highly recommend the finished workmanship

Bathtub insert

I have a newly installed tub, walls and ceiling just done on Friday Nov 13 2009.

The sales lady that came to my house first of all had some inappropriate comments in my oppinion. Firstly, she commented on how many stairs there are in my house, secondly she commented on how cold and drafty it is in my front hallway and thirdly made a comment about how far apart my children are in age. She took 2 hours to try and measure my bathroom and after that told me she will have to send someone else in to finish measuring and gave the excuse that her level must be broken.

When the technician began his demolition, he broke the "boot" in the tub. Luckily I was able to get Mr Rooter in that day to fix it. I was very concerned that the installer was not a plumber and that on the back of the contract it stipulates that Bathfitters is not responsible for existing plumbing.

I don't think customers that consider using your product have bathrooms and plumbing that is in pristine condition.

If things had gone differently and I was not able to get a plumber that day, I would be without our only shower and tub for at least 3 days which is unacceptable for a family of 4. Especially after having paid just over $3000.00 for the work.

I was also very concerned that reading the back of my contract your company takes back every promise it seems to make in lthe advertisement portfolio I was given. No guarantee of 1 day service, no guarantee for damage to walls or plumbing. I would seriously have considered not using your company if I had known these facts beforehand. I don't understand how a professional and National company can waive all responsibility for their work.

Luckily the worker Kyle was very unassuming and down to earth. He appologized for the inconvenience and I didn't mind having him in my home for 8 hours.

I would rate my overall experience as unsatisfactory. At this time I cannot recommend your company to any friends, co-workers or family.

Dan was on time and did a neat and complete job. He took the tome needed to do the job properly and was good at cleaning up as he did the job. There was an issue with a faulty shower head and he came back the next day to fix the problem.
