I had Lindsey from bathfitter come out to do an estimate. I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. The installer worked very hard and left me with a beautiful walk in shower. In just one day! I would highly recommend this service.

I had to have a tenant's bathroom rodone as the existing shower/bath was peeling from a previous "reglaze" which I wouldn't recommend. The shower is oddly shaped, being tucked into a dormer roof. While the bathtub liner was a stock item, the shower/tub surround was entirely custom. The job was done in a day, and looks fine. My tenant is very happy, and he only had his bathroom messed up for a day. Much easier and cheaper than replaceing the tub and tile. The product is acrylic and does need to be cleaned using specific (but there are many widely available) cleaning products but this is standard for any acrylic product, and you'll scratch a new porceline tub with many products too.

I hired Bathfitters to put a coating over the tiles and bathtub. At first I was skeptical that this would look good, but when the job was done it was better than a replaced bathtub and new tiles. It is so easy to clean, and it was a very no-muss renovation.

My family and me have lived in the same house for 35 years so when I woke up one day deciding that the big yellow old tub needed to go I was overwhelmed with anxiety. Thanks to bath fitter I was able to take the stress off my shoulders of doing it myself. They came in the morning and where gone by the time I returned from work with the bathroom looking exceptional. It was like they were never there, the place was just as clean as it was before they came to do the reno's. I would definitely recommend bath fitter to any bathroom renovation project!

very slow- product arrived and installed 8 weeks after in home consultation- installer left a big mess and ruined my lino- product was not as described- picture showed a much more professional product than I received

I had Bathfitters replace my old tub - out with the old, in with the new - and was very pleased with the service and quality of workmanship I received. They were on time, speedy and checked with me for my satisfaction with service delivered. I would recommend them to friends and would use them again in future, should I be looking to reno additional bathrooms. The associate on the phone was also very helpful.

All staff involved were very helpful. They adhered to all deadlines and stuck to original estimate pricing. Great quality installation. Saved a lot of time, but is a little too costly compared to replacing tub and surround by oneself.

They were experianced very clean and very professional. Definately knew what they were doing which was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to replace showers or tubs!
