On Nov.17,2010 Cherryl Steer came to my home to measure for a tub and shower install. On Dec.7 Chuck Gibson came to install in the worst snow storm in decades! Both Cherryl and Chuck were prompt, courteous, professional and competent. Chuck even dug out his own parking spot since the plows had not yet arrived in my area! It was a pleasure to have both of these Bath Fitter representatives in my home and I thank them for a job well done.
