I & J Service

Power washed my house, stood too close to one side with hose it looked like grease was sprayed on side. The RUDE lady that answered the phone told me I had "aluminum siding" (it's not) and needed to be repainted! They refused to redo. Had another company come and redo that side came off.They say hand washing on ad, but said they don't.!? Have used them before and pleased with windows..too bad they are so rude

I got some rain today after a long dry summer and the water just poured over my spouts called and lady who answered was just plan rude told my they only give one month warranty,,, they put the covers on I have used them many times before and reffered them and she treated me like I didn't matter will not use and tell my friends to not use anymore as well run away

I & J Services did a terrible job cleaning my windows and when I called to complain, the woman on the phone was extremely rude. The outside of my windows were streaked. It was obvious that the streakiness was on the outside. The receptionist tried to claim that my windows were defective-this is a pretty new house with Anderson windows and it is obvious that there was no leak in the seals on ALL of my windows. They took my money and management is not returning my calls.

I've used I & J Services for several years. They have always been responsive, timely and done a terrific job at a great price. I've given their name out to friends and family all of whom have been extremely pleased with their services.
I would and do recomend them very highly for window cleaning.

I had a gutter cleaning service scheduled a week or so in advance. In the morning of the appointment a made a call early morning to reconfirm the time. Left a message but no one called. 30 minutes after my scheduled time I gave the company another call. I was told to be patient as the crew will be 2 hours late. Then 3 hours passed so I decided to call again only to find out that no one was coming. I was given no reason and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I asked if I could count on them coming for the next service call. The answer that I got was good bye and the lady put the phone down on me.

I&J did not show up to wash the windows. The customer service person was quite rude and untruthful(stating we were not home, but we were - and the front door was open, too!)

I & J is my new go to source for cleaning on larger houses. I've used other contractors before, but I&J is certainly the most thorough. They may take a little longer than others, but they do a great job and clean up all the mess off the ground around the project as well. Highly recommended.

We have used I & J window cleaning for years. They send out a crew that cleans in inside and outside of window very quickly. The price is very reasonable. It would take us an entire day to do the job that they do in a hour or so.
