I & J Services did a terrible job cleaning my windows and when I called to complain, the woman on the phone was extremely rude. The outside of my windows were streaked. It was obvious that the streakiness was on the outside. The receptionist tried to claim that my windows were defective-this is a pretty new house with Anderson windows and it is obvious that there was no leak in the seals on ALL of my windows. They took my money and management is not returning my calls.
