I had a gutter cleaning service scheduled a week or so in advance. In the morning of the appointment a made a call early morning to reconfirm the time. Left a message but no one called. 30 minutes after my scheduled time I gave the company another call. I was told to be patient as the crew will be 2 hours late. Then 3 hours passed so I decided to call again only to find out that no one was coming. I was given no reason and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I asked if I could count on them coming for the next service call. The answer that I got was good bye and the lady put the phone down on me.
