We contracted All kind door services to complete the garage door replacement in our townhouse complex. The work was completed in a timely manner, however they do not complete all the electrical work involved so we had to hire another electrical contractor to handle the wiring of the garage units. Customers should ensure that all services are included, otherwise cables/electrical may be hanging from your garage ceilings.
We contracted Ram services to complete exterior window cleaning for our townhouse complex. They were prompt in responding to request for quote on window cleaning. The pricing was slightly lower than what other similar companies quoted. Arranging the actual cleaning was flexible and easy. Window cleaners were out early on the scheduled date and completed all exterior windows in a timely manner. We would use Ram again for any exterior window cleaning requirements as they are professional and reliable.
We were recommended by a contractor to go to Benner plumbing to find some harder to find replacement parts for our leaky faucet that we had trouble locating at the big box stores. The staff were knowledgable and able to find the part that we needed in a timely manner. I would definitely check these guys out if you have any non-standard specialty type faucets or plumbing that needs replacing.
We use All Kind Door Services for all our garage door repairs for our townhouse complex. We are a townhouse of 9 units and have 5 garage doors in total. The repairs to one garage door were completed satisfactorily and in a timely manner. They do not however provide any electrical or wiring services so be wary on requiring an electrical contractor if need to wire your garage doors. Overall, they provide acceptable service, cannot compare the price to any others though.
Eric Debree from Debree Design provides excellent landscaping services for our complex. The care, attention, and time they take to upkeep is what matters. A lot of over places would try and squeeze you in to maximize profits, but we have been very satisifed with Debree Designs services ever since we switched to them last year for both our summer landscaping needs as well as winter snow removal. I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends and coworkers!

I recently purchased a dealfind voucher for a furnace cleaning from Hot Pepper Furnace. Cliff, who i believe is the owner, was great up front in outlining the terms & conditions and making sure I was aware of any additional costs (up to 12 vents). Service times were quite flexible, and overall the furnace cleaning was up to my satisifaction. I have a small townhouse so it didn't take long for them to finish up. Hook ups to the furnace was fast. Only thing I was disappointed about was the voucher called for a new furance filter which I did not receive, assuming the tech may have forgot. Overall, the service was acceptable for the price paid for and I would recommend and use these guys again.

I had purchased a dealfind voucher for $140 worth of spring care, including aeration and mowing. After several attempts to set up an appointment in the span of 3 weeks, i was able to schedule a date and time to have the services arrive on a day that worked. We were anticipating cancellation, due to some previous customer experiences but was surprsied they showed up! However, the actual spring care only included approximately 30 mins of time - primarily on mowing the lawn! No aeration was completed and services was extremely poor. On top of that, they expected gratuities which I find absurd. Overall very dissatisfied and very unlikely to recommend this contractor to any of my friends and family!!!
Many of my celing pot lights were starting to burn out. As a fairly new homeowner I was not able to locate the correct end configuration of pot lights required to replace the ones I had. I did some researching online and found that Home Hardware supplied the correct replacement pot lights I was looking for. However, they did not carry any stock on a regular basis but was more than willing to special order them for me as long as I placed the order ahead of time. Product arrived a week later and I was contacted for pick-up. Great customer service! Will definitely shop again!

The overall color varieties and selection of Benjamin Moore paints allowed us to proceed with an interior re-painting of our basement. Some of the more unique color schemes were not available at home depot or rona, but Benjamin Moore was able to supply a base coat and top coat color scheme that matched exactly what we were looking for. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you are struggling to find the exact color combination/ shades you are looking for on any painting project!
