I'm impressed. I texted yesterday am and got a call back same day and saying the crew will be on it's way to take a look right away. Amazing. Crew showed up to inspect the roof as I reported that shingles came loose during the recent storm. Crew found the damaged spot and said they would return tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing them tonight. I call this excellent customer service. Keep it up!

From start to finish - very professionally handled. Each step of their process was explained thoroughly including walking my wife over the estimate. We had a racoon but crew found mice droppings. Crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work. I was not home and my wife wanted pictures taken of the findings which were promptly delivered. We weren't home when they came to seal the one way door so we've asked for photos showing he completion of the work. Dave has promised so we're just waiting . . . Once photo is received - definitely a 10 rather than the current 9.9. Lastly, they have a year guarantee . . . Just hope the little ones don't return. Lastly, Dave - may I suggest you include photos as an inclusion of your services.

This company was referred to me by my sister-in-law. Great customer service over the phone and provided me with an estimate. Arrived as promised and inspected. As I was not home, they left a voice mail confirming the problem and would come back to fix it. They came back and fixed it without me even being home! Job well done and also told me that springs were under a 5 year warranty.

Called BBQ Boy and was informed that they were in the neighborhood so same day service was offered and since no one was home an invoice to be left behind. I arrived home but had a problem. Called BBQ Boy and they responded immediately and solved the issue. Great follow up!

Jeff & Andy arrived on time. Cleaned around each vent after servicing and provided final check prior to leaving. Professional & provided advice as requested. Asked if I needed the fans cleaned. Provided honest opinion.

It was an excellent company to deal with. Danny came and provided and estimate and took shots of the roof to show us parts that we could not see that were damaged. He made various suggestions/recommendations which we mutually agreed to. The crew arrived promptly on time. When I arrived home, they had it 98% completed. They did a complete clean up job around the house and ensured any items were returned to their original positions (e.g. bbq, lawn table & chairs). They returned early next day (Sat) to finish it off. Crew was curtious and attentive to details throughout. They may not be the cheapest but a quality crew. I would fully recommend them. Danny (parnter) returned on Sun to provide warantee and thanked us for the business. The only warning is they get busy so you'll need to book rather early.

Contacted Ace Glass based on a recommendation. Came and measured and installed the 2 replacements within 2 weeks of the order. Really friendly installer. Only reco is for them to improve on customer service: to notify customer of installation time rather than I checking in with them multiple times.

So far so good! Called for an estimate and owner showed up on time and explained the entire process and provided a verbal estimate. He said I would get a detailed estimate in the mail. Sure enough it was received in the mail. We confirmed. The owner was again on time on installment day along with 2 of his staff. The boys completed the installation within the estimated time. System is working fine. The owner will return to do a wrap up test and any required adjustments.
