The crew did a great job installing the posts in extremely hot weather. They were extremely straight and precise with the location of the posts as our property line was very close to the gas line and neighbors garage. I installed the fence my self, so having PPT install the posts for me was a huge help and cost saving option in the long run.

This is our second time with Leuri. Great skills, price, knowledge and great guy. We had a supporting wall, a secondary smaller wall and a 18 foot beam installed. You will never be disappointed with Leuri. He will always do the a great job and done the right way. And will always stand by his work no matter what. For a job like this or any structural project you want to make sure it's always done right and not have your family at risk specially when dining under a huge metal beam. We have had this beam in now a few months and it hasn't budged one bit solid as it was installed. Thanks again Leuri amazing as always. 10 out of 10 for me and the family!

I had Mr Voidka Sent to my house, we needed a pipe extended and rerouted to a different direction of the house. He suggested different options and got it done right, no leak no issues. It was very hot at the time but all he asked was for some water and he was back to work. Great service all around thank you.

Paul was great to deal with our neighbor and a few other people in the area used this company so we took a chance and did so too. I had a last minute trip and Paul was able to coordinate with a relative to get the job done while i was gone. When i came back i saw the work done and i was very happy i had a few questions left a message and he called me back straight away with answers. Very happy thank you.

As there is not many workers like Leuri in the GTA i was afraid i was going to find some one who didn't know what they were doing. But after speaking to Leuri i was happy i found him. Even if i was a little far east of the Toronto he came to do the job, i had stucco work happening at the same time so it was important to communicate and coordinate with the stucco crew for this project. But he did so perfectly. He took it upon him self to arrange the process. And was able to work in different stages based on our other projects. The other crew that was there watched Leuri work and their feedback was," this guy is good he is doing all the things the way they should precise measurements making sure its all level and done right" We also got great feedback from our neighbors saying what a great job he did. And if something is wrong he stands by his work and comes out to either fix things if something was off or make sure your happy with the alternative. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Getting stucco quotes can be a nightmare, I reached out to 7 companies including Cosmopolitan. Everyone one i dealt with seemed to be a middle person, i just wanted to deal with some one who actually worked on the house and was good at it too. I didn't want to pay some one because they organized all the workers. Aiad showed up every day with his crew and got his hands dirty So he is the right guy to call for sure. They work hard even is 38 degrees heat, they listened to all my needs and requests. There aren't many workers like them if they promised something and it ends up costing them money they will do it out of their own pocket, and will always do little extra touches to make you happy witch is nice as i'm the paying customer. Not like other companies where they make you pay for every small change. The work they do is top notch clean and looks great when finished. Also the customer service doesn't end at goodbye if you have issues of problems he is very quick at getting back to you even after the work is done. Because of all these qualities i highly recommend Cosmopolitan construction. I called 3 companies here everyone said I'll get the guy to call you and book. No one ever did as they were to busy and i cant stand dealing with middle people. Alarm bells go off. But Max was just as busy and made the time regardless of his workload to come out and fix our AC. We paid for the call out cost plus a capacitor. He checked the pressure and did it all in about 15 to 20 minutes. Very happy with him. He said there will never be a middle man with me. Just me and you the customer. If you need a solid worker max seems to be that guy. And im very picky!
