Being an experienced architect, I am naturally very picky in evaluating the quality of construction work to the smallest detail. Rodney and his team performed even beyond my expectations with the quality of their their performance, attention to details and willingness to go beyond what the contract actually called for to make the project successful and pleasant throughout. I am pleased wit hthe results and would highly recommend Filadelfia Construction for their professionalism, quality of execution as well as reasonable pricing.

My cold room needed an upgrade and I requested to have new drywalls, framing and painting.
There were always an open constant communication from their part to achieve the project done on time.
I'm highly pleased with their work and I wouldn't mind referring them for other similar jobs.

Rodney and his team did an amazing job on insulating and drywalling our multi storey home. I've done alot of projects and the process and finish was superb. His team was very professional and they were a pleasant to work with. Highly recommend their services!

Rodney and his team were great with tapping and mudding my basement project. They completed the project on time and with quality. Before the work started, we expressed concerns about dust, but it wasn't at all an issue (area was curtained off and the crew cleaned at the end of the job). Best t of all, Rodney and his team were very respectful to our family during the job. I have no issues recommending them for any of your projects in the future.

We are working on a renovation of our first floor and doing most of the work DIY, but with a time crunch to finish before the summer is over, we requested the help of Filadelfia with some drywall installation, though we'd take over the rest of the mudding and finishing.

We had asked the help of a few drywall installation contractors, and all of them sneered at us for not letting them complete the whole job. Rodney took the time to understand our situation, and his team made us feel just as important as any other client. They did great work and saved us a ton of time. I would highly recommend them for any drywall-related needs.

Rodney and crew were very professional and did a great job stripping the large family room cathedral ceiling and hall, applying 2 coats of plaster, sanding and priming. Cleanup was spotless.
