Cost covered in maintenance agreement so I got this service for free once a year. If you don't have this maintenance plan it has a fee of $75. Service people are very polite & courteous.

Al & his crew were awesome! We've had some pretty strong winds as of late & one of which tore a piece of fascia off the front peak of our house. I found everyone to perform the work skillfully & efficiently. Al was very pleasant, knowledgeable, & made sure the work was completed quickly. I was quite impressed with everything overall. I would highly recommend this company.

We have contracted on an annual basis for any problems or maintenance that requires attention for our air conditioner. We have had complete satisfaction from this company so far; the technicians are very polite & knowledgeable.

We had Terry come over to have a look at both garage doors to check about having the doors properly sealed & to look into installation of a second door opener (we only had one in the beginning ). Terry accessed our needs,installed a door opener & sealed both doors to prevent the outside elements from continuing to enter our garage. We later used Terry again to replace an older existing door opener. We have been very pleased with Terry's patience in explaining any questions concerning our garage door needs now & in the future. Terry is very professional in knowledge & expertise & we would highly recommend Terry for all your garage door concerns.

We used HomeStars to originally find this company. We couldn't be more happy with the finished look & quality of all the windows & doors. We read the reviews on this company & a few others & decided to go with them. The workers Chris & Ryan were very professional & a joy to work with from start to finish. The difference between our original windows & the current ones is amazing. The rating on the windows went from 17R to 38R. We look forward to a reduction in our utility bills in the future. Also, they offer transferable warranty should we sell in the future for a minor administration cost to the new owner. We called this company to trouble shoot a socket that had stopped working for unknown reasons. James located the issue & proceeded to repair quickly. We added an additional socket in the kitchen as well while he was there. James is knowledgeable, friendly, & honest. We would recommend him to anyone for your electrical repairs or installations.

We have used this company twice now & have found that they are honest, quick, & very knowledgeable in regards to all your plumbing needs. First time was to replace a leaking drain elbow & identified a old gas line that was never capped off from the time we took ownership of the house. They capped this off for us immediately. When we purchased our new home, we brought them in for some maintenance & installations of some new plumbing. Here again they identified some issues that had not been addressed & righted them in a timely & cost effective manner. We would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

This company is local, family business which was a plus right off the bat. Victor is a perfectionist & did a very thorough job in making sure we were happy & the work was completed right the first time. The team showed up early everyday until all the work was completed. This company listens to their clients, which happened for the first time in our experience, to make sure the project is done to your satisfaction. The guys were courteous & explained any questions that we had concerning the hot water heater. We had the option of staying with same type of heater with metal venting or upgrading to PVC venting which was a more expensive install with the same quality of functionality.
