Money grabbers with no consideration for client’s needs. The only positive thing in my experience with Carter Plumbing was their quick original response to request for help with a major plumbing problem (water lines inside the house had to be flushed and fixtures cleaned). Unfortunately, that day I was busy at work, could not stay home to supervise the job, and let my wife dealing with it. Big mistake in case of Carter Plumbing! The plumber totally ignored instructions I have put for him, and left the house with $500 in 3.5 hours (coffee breaks included). As expected, the job was not finished, the thermostatic valve in a shower panel was not cleaned up, which left us without a shower for weeks. My voice message stayed without attention. When finally I was able to contact them, the receptionist started with some nonsense, telling me that the second appointment was already scheduled (?!). After a new appointment was set up, I had to change my own schedule to be at home that day. However, no one show up in time! Instead, half an hour later they called to inform, that a plumber cannot visit us today. As simple as that! The same receptionist did nothing to help, except suggesting setting up another visit. Even more – they wanted to charge it as a new job, despite the obvious fact that the work was not finished in the first place! Any further communication was pointless. The job was finished by another company in less than one hour for much more reasonable money.
