I had a leaky tap that I was trying to solve. Robert was very helpful with my problem. He gave me a good price and managed to fit my job into his busy schedule so I didn't have to wait long.
Job was completed quickly and professionally, I definitely recommend.

I had a kitchen sink clog. Texted Robert in the afternoon. He wasn't available that day but available the next day. He come the next day on time and fixed the problem. He wore foot covers and cleanup properly after fixing the problem. The price is exactly as quoted. Also, Robert follow up the next day to check if everything is still ok.

I would call him again for any plumbing problems.

We had a problem with a leak under our kitchen sink. I posted a request for help on HomeStars and received a message back from Rob within a minute, even though it was late in the evening on Family Day. He asked straightforward questions and was very up-front and honest about what the likely costs and timing would be. He was unfortunately not able to come out immediately but was flexible and made an exception to cone to our house super early before his first scheduled appointment so that we could resolve the issue ASAP without creating any further problems or damage. He arrived when he promised he would, he completed the work in less time than wed originally estimated and charged exactly what wed agreed on in advance. On top of that, the work he did was excellent quality and he even did some additional work within the same price to avoid potential issues in the future.

Overall, Robs a really great person, and Im very happy to have found him. Im happy to refer him and his services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable plumber, and already anticipate asking him to help out with a bathroom remodel were planning on the next couple of months!
