I had a kitchen sink clog. Texted Robert in the afternoon. He wasn't available that day but available the next day. He come the next day on time and fixed the problem. He wore foot covers and cleanup properly after fixing the problem. The price is exactly as quoted. Also, Robert follow up the next day to check if everything is still ok. I would call him again for any plumbing problems.
I had a problem with a leaking toilet fill valve. I send an email about 7:30am and the owner, Gary call be back probably within 15 minutes. He gave me a quote but I decided to replace the toilet. The price was already on their website and Gary confirmed it is still valid. A few hours later, Dan arrived with the new toilet. He was friendly and courteous and answered any questions I had. The price is exactly as quoted. I would use them again for any plumbing problems.

Mansoor came and install the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen. He asked if I had any questions before he did the install and answered all the questions I had. He did the install in under 20 minutes and I am happy from the results.
