This review is well overdue. I had bult my home last year and darvish inc had done my stairs and railings. Armando is one of the most customer service oriented trade that I came across. he is polite and always kept his words. I truly respect that. the stairs and railings look fantastic. Office person Betty is amazing. always quick to response any query I had. the gentleman did my Interior railing , i cant remember his name but A big shout to him for his Patience and Job well done. the posts looks amazing. After my house being built I needed my outdoor to be done. I had gotten few quotes and hilil's quote was pretty close to other quotes. I chose Halil to do the work because I felt he is honest and will be doing a great job as well as he understood my idea of the project that I was looking for. I am glad I chose him and his company to do the project. They had done an amazing job, he himself and his crew members are extremely hard working people. he was on budget and also had done the job on time which is a huge plus point for anyone to hire this company. two words describe the service I have received from mister plumber 1. reasonable 2.excellent. my sump pump runs a lot and I needed to install sump pump combo with battery pack. I had called few people but Vlad responded quickly and provided quote which is reasonable and on top of that he gave me the date when he can get the pump and come by to install it. he came on time. explained why it runs a lot and installed the pump very efficiently. he also helped me by fixing the water level of one of my toilet tank without hesitation when i asked him. I have used couple plumber recently and I must say Vlad is the best in every possible way. well mannered, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and reasonable price point. from now on if needed he is the only person I will be calling and I recommend him highly for any kind of plumbing need. I am an extremely happy customer. wish Vlad and his company great success.

Tony was extremely easy to deal with. After talking on the phone came by within short time checked the project needs to be done, matched the perfect colour. I had a long delay with the renovation but he was very patient and called me few times to schedule the job. And I appreciate it. He and his crews had done an extremely superior quality job. Right when I purchased the house back in July 2015, the air conditioning broke down and the furnace was pretty old. I have purchased an old house which needed an electrical paned change. After calling few people I found Kiya was the most quick one to respond. also his quote was the most competitive in the industry. he was also quick to come by and gave me a free estimate. I was really so very impressed by his suggestion and knowledge. I booked 5th August 9am for the job. he was not only on time rather few minutes early, which was great. He had done fantastic work. Beside the panel change he also changed so many outlet because the outlets I had was really old or not working properly. I called him last week again to install 2 GFI switch in my washroom. As usual, fantastic work. called him again for another service which he will coming next week to complete. he is a very sincere and hard working man. I wish him the best. Ferdous

Recently I purchased my home and was looking for a good home Inspector. i got couple recommendation but I wanted to do my own research and feel comfortable about the home inspection. Came across the home star website and thru that from all the reviews I have read ,I chose Clearview home and property inspections. From the 1st time dialing my phone, I got to talk to Tom, no waiting period. He gave me all three tier of home inspection pricing and I chose higher one because I want to know the details of the house including the air quality. We set the date and time. When I arrived at the house I saw he actually came earlier then the set time and started his work. It was a pleasure talking to him, dealing with him. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and very detail oriented with his work. what I loved about his work among many reasons is he will go check 1 section and explain the details and then go to the next section. just amazing. And he even made me feel comfortable to ask him any other question I have even after the report is sent to me. which I did and he was fantastic, answered all my question, made it very clear. The money is well spent. I will recommend him to everyone I know. He is the best home Inspector, he even impressed my real estate agent, who deals with other inspectors and saw the difference.
