Furnace inspection and tune up
Had our annual furnace inspection and the technician was really good. Explained what he was looking for and things we could do to keep our furnace running smoothly. He also made some recommendations. We really appreciate the service and have already booked for next year!

Stove was only two months old when the oven stopped working. It was easy to schedule an appointment with ARS, they had an automated follow up appointment reminder (convenient), showed up on time and completed the job in less time than anticipated. I highly recommend them and am pleased with their service.

The technician was very thorough in assessing why our brand new Samsung dishwasher was not working. It would power on immediately after we’d turned it off and wasn’t running through a cycle. He managed to fix it in under an hour and gave us lots of tips for optimal usage moving forward. File 4147001581 Prior to the appointment we were notified with a 3 hour window as to when he’d arrive and then a “coming in 20 minutes” before he came. Very good service!

Replacing 200 sq ft of hardwood flooring
From the initial contact with floor coverings international, the team was very responsive and professional. I had asked them to quote replacing the hardwood flooring in my condo. They provided all the specs to meet the condo board's requirements and informed me of things I should consider. They were right on the mark! I am thrilled with the work they did and know I will be happy with the flooring for years to come. I would like to personally thank Sam for his responsiveness. I would definitely recommend this company and hope to use them for another location myself.

We had several carpenter ants this March/April. I called Peter and he was very helpful, proposing a few solutions for us. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. He was true to his word and the ants went away. He also gave us some helpful tips to avoid having them return and they have not come back since! This gave us great peace of mind. I would not hesitate to recommend Power Pest Control for all pest issues.
