The technician was very thorough in assessing why our brand new Samsung dishwasher was not working. It would power on immediately after we’d turned it off and wasn’t running through a cycle. He managed to fix it in under an hour and gave us lots of tips for optimal usage moving forward.

Prior to the appointment we were notified with a 3 hour window as to when he’d arrive and then a “coming in 20 minutes” before he came. Very good service!
