I was overwhelmed to see the bad customer service or I don’t know how to explain! I have been using the service this company since 5 years from my previous house and a huge trust on them but was disappointed to their fake promises recently. I was not expecting this kind of behaviour from a renowned company like this. How to believe anyone!!!! I had called 3 times to ask for a simple help and they had promised 3 times that they will do, “ not a big deal” and asssured me that they made a note. But unfortunately probably they were making me fool.

We have bought and installed Furnace and AC on 19 Dec 2017. The sales person came talked more than nicely. And had promised the benefits to buy from them. And promised about top notch service. So we were agreed . He said renting is the best option, because we will get the benefits of their services. After the installation we are nobody to them. I have couple of questions, I have called them many times, the receptionist does not have answers, instead of answering my questions she started advising me what I should do or should not do. She said technician will come or Dev the sales person will take care, but nobody has showed up till today.

Angelo and his crew did all the work before in his estimate in the time he indicated. He came on time.We were pleased with their workmanship and site cleanliness. Project turned out nice, he did as he said. I would recommend Acadamar Contracting Inc. to friends and neighbours.

We had installed Acrylic Shower in our Master bathroom on Month of April, 2014 by Guy of Bath Solution. Guy is a nice contractor. But I am not satisfied 100% with the workman ship, done by his people. The caulking has no finishing, it's not smooth so catch dirt very easily and hard to clean. As the job is so expensive, I am disappointed. We had tiles on our shower, which was fine but dirty by my previous owner, so I wanted to replace that. I had contacted couple of contractors, they were ready to replace the floor tile, but Guy said, he doesn't do that small job, so he will change the all tiles including the walls and he had recommended to do the acrylic, we had agreed in spite of the high cost. But unfortunately, not happy with the finishing. I think the people who came for work were impatient.

I am very satisfied with the painting job which had been done in Month of May 2014. I was looking for a reliable painter to paint my entire house inside and outside. I had contacted couple of contractors for the same. Certapro Brampton was the most expensive one, so I was skeptical at the beginning. But after talking with the contractor Ed, I was somehow convinced to spend that amount of money because I felt the person might not be the chitter or whatever, he must be genuine. But still I was not 100% confident until the job done. But after the hassle free, real painting job done , I am happy that I made a right decision to choose Ed. He is very honest and sincere person. He took the money after the job done. So I can recommend him to everyone and I would love to do that. Thanks Ed, I loved your work and I will call you in future if i need any more.
