Gave deposit in November for January install. Job not started until March, but only after I made several calls to agent (which he did not respond to) and had to call head office serval times. Left garbage and drywall on site for two weeks, again cleaned up after several calls. Promised to come back the day after install was complete to repair my ceiling which they damaged. After 2 weeks sent out someone to pick up garbage and putty the ceiling, but never came back to complete the ceiling sanding and painting, and left ceiling fan hanging from the ceiling for two weeks. Bath room was left a mess!
I have had another bathroom done by a different company, and they were fantastic start to finish - Bath Solutions was and is not. Don't trust what they say - they are not reliable!

I highly recommend Bath Solutions. They did an amazing job! Craig, Corey and Thomas were very professional and knowledgeable.  From demolition to finished product the work was done to perfection. Even though they encountered unexpected issues behind the wall i.e. plumbing pipes and electrical wires they were able to deal with it and complete the job without delay.

Quite happy with the job that was done. I'm sure this bathroom will be looking good for years to come. One thing people should be aware of is the cost associated with the shut off valves if they need to be repaired in a condo. Mine cost me $500.00.

Very satisfied with Greg and his professional service and installation. The installation was more complex than normal however Greg didn't cut corners and ensured that the installation was done properly and professionally. Greg's service was punctual, friendly and efficient.
During demolition, Greg did a great job in minimizing the dust and debris from leaving the immediate construction area. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for bathroom renovation.

We are very happy with the work that Five Star Bath Solutions did. Thomas and his brother did a great job - they worked quickly but also delivered top quality work (2 shower conversions in less than a week). We were also very impressed that they cleaned up after each day of work, very minimal inconvenience and work for us. There was a minor issue with a bathroom sink/faucet that was replaced but Craig was very quick to respond when we alerted him to the issue and it was fixed quite promptly. Overall, we are very pleased with the project (quality of work, guarantee, customer service, etc.) and would happily recommend this company.

The work was beyond my expectations. The workmen that came in were very polite and very professional. They were done in the time they quoted us and left no mess or clean up for us to do. All in all a great experience

They did a great job with the bathroom and operating safely throughout the pandemic, they were clean and communicated any delays clearly and up front.

I thought the installation went well. There were some hiccups in communications in terms of scheduling. I was attempting to not inconvenience my tenant, who lives in the basement and works from his basement office. So I needed to know when the reno would occur, but I found myself having to call quite a few times to determine when the reno would occur so that I could ask my tenant to work somewhere else during the reno. Overall, outside of this, I was happy with the shower and so was my tenant. Just the pre-installation communications on scheduling could have been smoother.

We had a jacuzzi tub removed and a walk in shower installed. The salesman worked with us to get within our budjet and make our decisions easier. The installer was fantastic, quick and courtious. We had a call back that turned out NOT to be an issue with the install and they made a point of a followup to give possible solutions to check out. Very good service.
