We have bought and installed Furnace and AC on 19 Dec 2017. The sales person came talked more than nicely. And had promised the benefits to buy from them. And promised about top notch service. So we were agreed . He said renting is the best option, because we will get the benefits of their services.
After the installation we are nobody to them. I have couple of questions, I have called them many times, the receptionist does not have answers, instead of answering my questions she started advising me what I should do or should not do. She said technician will come or Dev the sales person will take care, but nobody has showed up till today.
