Called on Wednesday to have air conditioner looked at. Service call arrived on Thursday. Air conditioner is less than 3 years old and peel would not perform service until warranty was verified which was supposed to be first thing Friday morning. No return call received. I called on Saturday was given the runaround that it was the weekend and no one could help. Again a promise was made to get back to me first thing Monday morning and that I was now a priority. I had to have my husband call Monday afternoon and the customer service representative hung up on him because he wanted an answer to our problem. Today is Tuesday almost one week later and still no resolution to my air conditioning problem. Another service call has been arranged for today. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone!!
