I am very pleased with the work Chris did for me. I emailed him asking about my malfunctioning door and opener, and he explained what my options were. We agreed to have him come out and address the problem with the door and install a new opener. He arrived exactly when he said he would. About 30 minutes later the job was done, including re-programming my vehicle for the new opener. Clean-up and operational instructions took another 5 minutes, and that's it. It's great to interact with folks who know what they're doing, and Chris knows what he's doing. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Thanks!

We had Mike and his crew break up our old garage slab, which was cracked and sinking, and pour a new one. Mike gave me a rough quote by email based on my photos and after a site visit formalized the quote and we gave them the work. His crew were there on time and did great work on a stinking hot day. The job is now done and it looks awesome. I appreciate the good communication and accurate quoting. Well done guys. I am a happy customer.

Read & Kyle were great. As the company tag line goes, just point to the stuff and it disappears. They were on-time, contacted me in advance to tell me when I could expect them in my 2 hour time slot, which is very much appreciated. They went about the job quickly and efficiently and swept up after themselves. I am pleased with the service. They charge more than a dropped off bin, but I am getting old, fat, and lazy so this works well for me.

Wojtek gave me two choices when he came to scope out the work. The cheaper or the more expensive but more thorough. Price wise I was quite impressed with both. I thought they both represented great value. We went with the more thorough approach which was a complete re-do of the attic insulation- vacuum out all the old insulation, install soffit vent baffles and then add R60 cellulose insulation. Communication was great,giving me a chance to inspect the job mid way through and after they finished. I was very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. The finished job was dead level -clearly they take pride in the work. Post job clean up was good - they literally vacuumed their way out the door. Overall​ I am 100% pleased with the job and believe I got good value for my money.

My ancient rental water heater started a slow leak. I terminated the rental and called Tony. He was there that afternoon to inspect the old one and give me a quote. He offered a more efficient option, that I declined, and he was there the next day with the new tank and he included removal of the old tank. I am extremely happy with the quality of work, the promptness, and Tony is such a great guy to deal with. It's nice to know tradesman you can trust.

We've been regular customers of City Wide for a few years now. This is a great stable company with reliable service and great communication. We've had the same cleaner for almost the entire time we've been using them and she is wonderful. She even works around the pets (we don't need to lock the dogs away while she is working). Our experience has been nothing but positive with prompt, courteous and reliable service.

My furnace was dead and I had exhausted all my google resources and still couldn't figure out the problem. I called Tony at 9:00 am, he was at my house at 9:35 and by 9:45 the furnace was running. I was convinced I had a hardware problem, but Tony checked the simple stuff first, removed a panel and found the issue within 3 minutes. Now I am warming up for the price of a call-out. Even though our meeting was brief, he seems like a good guy. I am a happy customer. Thanks Tony!
