I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the customer service department. Soon after placing an online order I was contacted about receiving a comparable mattress with an earlier delivery date, I initially accepted changing the order, but then changed my mind and went with the original delivery date and order. All communications via email with Jennifer from the Ottawa office were prompt and helpful. I called again as the original delivery date was changed and was checking on the status of the delivery and I spoke with Jessica. She was very friendly and looked into the issue very quickly and got back to me immediately. I have had to deal with other customer service departments from two different companies, not Mattress mart, regarding appliance issues...and those departments were awful regarding returning calls. So it is a very refreshing and welcome change to deal with an online company that is professional, prompt and helpful. Thank you to Mattress Mart, and I would definitely recommend others to order online.

Tech (Ram) from Appliance Canada came on June 10th, said the front panel and electronic control needed to be replaced. It is July 20th and still no resolution to issue. Ram, the tech from Appliance Canada and Shanti from customer service dept from Appliance Canada have been incompetent and have not followed up with KitchenAid regarding parts issue when they have promised to do so. The only reason two parts were delivered was because I followed up directly with KitchenAid. Still waiting for problem to be fixed, incompetence and laziness all around from Appliance Canada, so frustrating!! Just spoke with Samira who is a Customer Service supervisor, will see if she resolves the issue, not very hopeful considering experience so far. KitchenAid is also very frustrating to deal with, first rep misinformed me that two parts were delivered when that was not the case, complete incompetence. Second rep was helpful, but if I hadn't called and gone into detail with her regarding the order, there would have been only one part delivered instead of the required two parts. Yes, First World problem, broken dishwasher, but if I pay for something I expect it to work if it's barely a year old, and if it does break, people need to actually try to help fix the issue and not make it a complete waste of time and waste time following up and chasing people to return phone calls! Had to take two mornings off work to wait for tech and nothing resolved to date!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Blueline Moving, and especially Bryant, for their amazing customer service. I work at Sheena's Place, a registered charity and when I told Bryant we were holding an event to raise funds, he generously offered to donate all of the moving costs and services. We needed to move out some furniture for an event, have it held overnight and then returned the next day. This would have cost us $1,000. Needless to say, saving money is crucial for not-for-profits and the fact that moving costs were donated, we were thrilled and so touched by this generous donation. The moving crew were fantastic, friendly, professional and fast. I would highly recommend Blueline for anyone looking to move or store items. Thank you so much to Bryant and Blueline for helping us save money and help our clients.

Ordered a fridge online and spoke with a customer service rep, friendly and helpful. The delivery people were very polite and extremely helpful, they had to remove front door to get the fridge in. Fridge was going into our basement and it was very tight quarters moving it downstairs, they did it,took them a while. I was very impressed with their professionalism and hard work.

We had a great experience with Belyea Bros. They put in a new boiler furnace/ water heater in January and completed the job quickly (two days) and professionally. They removed the old furnace for a reasonable fee, unlike some companies who quoted much higher prices. Their staff were very professional, polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. We have had the furnace in for almost three months now and it works great. I would highly recommend their services to family and friends. Their customer service, we dealt with Craig, he was excellent and they are friendly and very easy to work with.

I have used Maid For You on an occasional basis for several years. We had just returned from a long holiday and had an event that we were hosting in our home. The cleaners did a wonderful job and made my life so much easier. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
