They are professional, attentive and will bend over backwards to ensure your satisfaction. We were so happy with their work on our back deck, that we've asked them to make our front porch as well. Highly recommended!

We used Wilkens Contracting a few days ago to close a couple of basement windows. The pricing was fair, service was done quickly and the end result looks very nice. We will most definitely use them again when we do our tuckpointing in a few years and we can highly recommend this company.

Salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation however did not go as smoothly as we thought it would. The technician did not clean after himself and scratched a brand new door that we installed only a month ago. We would have appreciated a follow-up from someone, to explain us how the system installed works, or at the very least to gauge our satisfaction. The only thing we got is a call and a follow-up email from their administrative team asking us, again, what was our credit card number as the technician forgot to write it down when he came over. All in all, we're happy with the system, but we're a bit disappointed with the service.

If you've had any work done on your home, then you know how hard it is to find a good and reliable contractor. We got ourselves a very old house which requires a lot of work, including relocating ductworks so that we can finish the basement and make it livable. Right from our first meeting, we knew this is the contractor we would want to work with, and we were not disappointed. The work was done on time, and on budget. The quality of the craftsmanship is exceptional (they make the ducts in-house, so you'll have exactly the dimensions that you need, no compromises). The removal and the installation of new ductworks seemed to be an easy affair for their team. They came on time, were polite and responsible. They've left the place cleaner than when they came in. I highly recommend using their services.

Buying an old house is quite stressful. Upon getting the keys to our new place, we've had a designated substance survey done... Sure enough, asbestos was found. We did our due diligence and contacted a few of the best asbestos removal contractors listed on Homestars. We selected "Ontario Asbestos Removal" for a few reasons. First, they were available (some contractors had a 3 weeks delay before they could come and give us an estimate... are you kidding me?) Second, the price was very fair. Third, and this is the most important one, the owner (Marcello) knows his stuff. He's been in the industry of asbestos remediation for a long time and did so many substances removal jobs, that it made no sense not using someone with his experience. We've also decided to use Ontario Asbestos Removal services to do the basement demolition as there was some mold building up, which needed to be taken care of safely. The substances were removed safely (tents, safety room, PPE, air ventilation, air sniffer, etc.) and the house was left clean (all surfaces wiped and cleaned). If you're thinking of removing asbestos, or mold yourself, don't do it. Do yourself a favor, use Ontario Asbestos Removal. Your wallet, and your nerves, will thank you later.

Simply put, these guys know us by name now. We've initially used their services to move our stuff from one apartment to another.
