Fast, professional, fixed a hole in my striped wall-to-wall carpeting so well that I can't see where it was now, plus made our cream coloured leather couch look like new again, and threw in a few carpet spot-cleans at no charge since they were there anyway. Totally recommend.

Justin and crew came in and took care of about 20 'little' jobs that had been piling up on my list for a year. The jobs ranged from the relatively major (installing a clawfoot tub) to the minor (installing a towel rail). They're professional, quick, clean, come up with good solutions and can handle stuff beyond what I'd consider odd jobs. I'd recommend them 100% and don't doubt that I'll be a repeat customer.

The main drain leading from my house was backed up sewage seeping into basement. Called one plumbing company who misdiagnosed the problem entirely, offering a $1500 fix which in hindsight would not have fixed the problem. Called Roto Rooter for second opinion. They showed up on time, were very professional. The problem was fixed within 48 hours which included digging up and replacing the pipe in subzero temperatures. Have recommended Roto Rooter to several friends, and all positive experiences reported.

I really shopped around for my new furnace and AC unit - Davenport Campbell were on time, on budget and came back for no cost service call when I needed a new thermostat. Recommended.

I must disagree with the other reviews of Tasco - my experience was excellent. I saved more than $200 compared to everywhere else on the over stove microwave I bought there. I ordered it over the phone, went to pick it up the whole thing took 10 minutes.

Showed up to fix a leaky shower faucet. Next day, faucet was leaking twice as badly. Called them on >5 different occasions over 2 weeks to try to schedule them in to fix it. They never had time in their schedule to return, or would schedule a time and not show up. Eventually I called Lampert plumbing, they came out next day, fixed the problem in 1 minute, seems the Royal plumbing guy had incorrectly reassembled the faucet. Follow ups to Royal yielded no response.
