Fantastic Service! Barry and his installer were bought polite and careful with my property. Arrived on times and communication were done promptly. After the installation, our house stands out from the others! Looks more like a high-end house now! I wouldn't hesitate to refer to them my family and friends!

I emailed over 15 companies on HomeStars with atleast a rating of 9 or more. Only 6 responded, but only Andrew was the honest one. 5 other companies said, the entire window must be replaced and they don't do glass replacement. Some reasons were "it is not meaningful to just replace a glass", "its faster and better to replace just the entire window", etc. They didn't even look at my window before determining if it was necessary. ONLY ANDREW was willing to take the job even if it was just a glass replacement, and he actually came to see if it is possible and give me an estimate. The job was done with care and he was very polite during the entire process from phone contact to meeting up to complete the job. Fantastic work! However, if you're going book Andrew, make sure you do it well in advance and give him some time. His amazing work speaks for himself, he is very busy and his schedule is tight (this is good, he is busy for a good reason, we don't want to hire someone that never gets any jobs). So be patient and andrew will definitely give you the service beyond what you would expect. Definitely will contact andrew again for any window/glass needs and will refer him to friends! By the way, his job was done about Dec 22 or 23, just before Christmas. I just got busy for holidays prior to posting this review.

Service was done back in June 29 2012 after my house renovation was completed and prior to moving in. Never had the chance and forgot to write one until using HomeStars to find someone to fix my parent's furnace. I contacted a few duct cleaning companies and although Dial One wasn't the cheapest quote of the few, but they were responding the most promptly and was able to make it out the fastest. Wil (the person who came to do the duct cleaning) was very friendly and courteous. He took off his shoes everytime he enters the house since we just finished cleaning the floors after the renovation. Wil took the time to explain to me how the duct cleaning process works and also gave me some advice on how to reduce my gas/hydro bill by telling me where the ducts might be leaking cold air (summer) or hot air (winter) so I can use vent tape to seal the leak. During his job, my sofa was on delivery as well, and I was busy handling multiple things, but Wil was patient enough to let me finish handling the delivery before having me sign the paperwork. Wil got my trust and I will definitely have him clean my duct again. Money worth spending.

This service was performed on Aug 30 2012, but got busy and forgot to write one afterwards until coming on HomeStars recently for other reasons. We needed to get the home inspected urgently before we waive the condition on the purchase agreement. We emailed a few inspectors on Aug 29 to see who can come out on the 30th. Brent replied me the quickest and was able to come out on the evening of the 30th. He was thorough with the inspection, explained everything to me in detail, and also taught me a lot about how to identify some problems myself. Brent emailed me a link to access all the photos he has taken once he got home and provided me a binder of all the information/findings from the inspection. Definitely recommend Brent to all my friends. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND HONEST GUY!

Walter thank you so much for taking the time to leave me a review and for such kind words! I really appreciate it!!! I'm glad that you were happy with the inspection. I also try to be quick when responding to people. Many people who buy homes are in the same situation as you were ... they need someone now! Fortunately, I was good to go. It was great meeting with you too! Thank you so much again Walter, and thank you for choosing Classic Home Inspections! (and I'm sorry for the delay on the response!)

Fred was amazing! He calls you back promptly if he misses your call, and he was able to fit me in the next day afternoon. Diagnosed why my heater wasn't running quickly, and was able to get the part same day to repair it. Excellent service! Will look for him again if there's any problem! Honest guy!

A/C suddenly stopped working over the weekend when the weather was climbing upto 40 degree celcius with the heat wave warning. I contacted 3 "top rated" companies here on homestars, CoreTemp (Janice) was the first one to reply my email and gave me Richard's phone #. I called Richard immediately, explaining to him what happened and what I have diagnosed myself. He came in with his associate today, run a quick check on the A/C unit because I was suspecting its the capacitor or contactor. After a quick test, Richard discovered it is the "fuse", and I am sure he felt bad for me because I ran some diagnostic myself and thought it wasn't the fuse. It was 1 bad fuse out of 2, hence when I tested with a volt tester, it shows current, but with Richard's multimeter, he only see 10V instead of 24V, hence the condenser wouldn't start up. Richard was very nice and since he was here already, he check my freon level and found it low, so he recharged it at a very good price, that made my life feel easier because he (probably) didn't want me to feel awful for paying $125 to find out it was a fuse problem. I have to say Richard and his associate at CoreTemp is very honest, helpful, and nice people. A+++ Service! I hope not, but if I or my friends and family ever need HVAC help, we will not hesitate to contact Richard at CoreTemp again. He has earned my trust and long-term business.
