The contractor Naresh (Paul) Chattarpaul employee #1690 did an excellent job in fixing the problem and he explained all the work he did and gave me a tutorial on maintenance of the units.

After my Install in December I was told they had to order cooling tubes for my A/C and they would setup a time to install them. They never came back. I called them at the end of may to ask when they would finish the job. They had no idea what I was talking about. They said we will send an install team to finish the job sunday morning. Well when they showed up sunday morning it was a single repair guy, he had been told the A/C wasnt working. After explaining to him there are no cooling tubes, he called his boss there was nothing he could do for me. So monday morning I call back to sort this out after a half hour on the phone and talking to three people they finally figured it out. The installers showed up tuesday morning at eight to finish up. The installers were Josh and Alex(1147) they were very polite and did an excellent job. Sadly the call center needs to be more organized I should not have to wait six months for a job as simple as this to be finished, and waste my time on a sunday for them to send the wrong guy.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. You should be lucky to have two gentleman like JoeyD 0977 and MikeT 2647 working for your company. ive always been happy with reliance but these guys raised the bar. Not my call but sometimes people do deserve a raise or at least recognition.

The tech. (Amber #1620) and Kevin were extremely nice--polite, confident, personable) They were very professional and explained what they had done. Kevin even brought our paper to us and put our recycle bins in the driveway so they would not blow away. We were VERY impressed with both of them. Excellent employees in our opinion. I called for service after experiencing random bouts with no hot water ...service guy saw that the unit was 17yrs old and offered to install a new rental unit, was able to book for the next day!

dave s #1618 went over and above his work.he repostioned the furnance filter so that it would slide in easier.took out a small screw type assembly that was blocking the filter entrance.the whole job was top notch

Bill S. were professional, knowledgeable and took extra steps to ensure a clean and mess free install. Even when my water to my fridge disconnected Dylan and Bill helped clean up and even reattached the line for me.
They went over the features and what what I should do to keep the unit running at top performance. Everything was done neatly and lines were hidden away.
Hats off to a crew who takes pride in the job. If you want a great job, call Reliance and you'll be completely satisified.

Gurmeet was able to diagnose the water heater service required. He was resolve the issue with the right part and efficiently. Gurmeet also went above and beyond to ensure that all other service requirements were met.
We were pleased with the service we received.

Josh Vandenheuvel and his team member installed our new furnace and air conditioner on June 2nd. They were amazing!! Prompt, Courteous, Efficient. Best service bar none in all the years we have been dealing with hvac. Thank you guys.

We were extremely happy with the service that we received from Adam Suthers when he came on Sunday June 1st for our annual air conditioner service.

Adam arrived right on time which I greatly appreciated as there never seems to be enough time in the day to do everything.

He was extremely helpful & did not seem to mind when my husband & I asked him so many questions. I did not feel rushed at all with him.
