Everyone from Joel Matthews, the product advisor to Dylan K. & Bill S. were professional, knowledgeable and took extra steps to ensure a clean and mess free install. Even when my water to my fridge disconnected Dylan and Bill helped clean up and even reattached the line for me. They went over the features and what what I should do to keep the unit running at top performance. Everything was done neatly and lines were hidden away.
