After my Install in December I was told they had to order cooling tubes for my A/C and they would setup a time to install them. They never came back. I called them at the end of may to ask when they would finish the job. They had no idea what I was talking about. They said we will send an install team to finish the job sunday morning. Well when they showed up sunday morning it was a single repair guy, he had been told the A/C wasnt working. After explaining to him there are no cooling tubes, he called his boss there was nothing he could do for me. So monday morning I call back to sort this out after a half hour on the phone and talking to three people they finally figured it out. The installers showed up tuesday morning at eight to finish up. The installers were Josh and Alex(1147) they were very polite and did an excellent job. Sadly the call center needs to be more organized I should not have to wait six months for a job as simple as this to be finished, and waste my time on a sunday for them to send the wrong guy.
