The tech. (Amber #1620) and Kevin were extremely nice--polite, confident, personable) They were very professional and explained what they had done. Kevin even brought our paper to us and put our recycle bins in the driveway so they would not blow away. We were VERY impressed with both of them. Excellent employees in our opinion. - as explained by Amber it is good that my husband cleans the furnace filter on a regular basis. I think all homeowners should do this.
