Should have known better that it would have been a waste of $150 visit. Although I've provided the error code (F47), the tech arrive to only recommend to change parts. He did nothing, look at the error code then his phone to see cost for the parts.

Useless visit. I could have saved that $150 and used it towards a new cooktop.

Contacted this company and outlined the problem with my washing machine. Got a fairly quick response and, after providing them with additional information scheduled an appointment for a service call.
The serviceman came at the appointed time and provided very professional, competent service at a reasonable price.
Well done!

Burner control dial was broken on my Kitchen Aid stove. Nick did the repair quickly and competently. Price included initial visit to pinpoint the problem, and the return visit to install the necessary part that had been ordered, so it was quite reasonable.

I am very grateful to Michael and have no hesitancy recommending them for not only responding quickly to my service call and fixing the appliance, but going above and beyond to help me navigate the warranty process. Kudos to you for assisting customers and standing up for us when it appears that a manufacturer could be taking advantage of a situation.

Although the parts were in stock they didn't return for a week.
When they came to repair they said it was fixed however that was not the case and I immediately called however they said they would not return til the next day.
Today they returned not sure what is wrong but said they would return sometime in the future.
Multiple messages to obtain a satisfactory outcome to the owner Michael via his tech, email, text and phone messages resulted in NO call back.
So broken washer no one knows why or how to fix it. Beware of this company!

Michael came into our home and immediately did not believe us that there was anything wrong with our range, he eye rolled and was outright rude. He came back to apparently fix it a month later with parts, however, made the issue worse. When told it wasnt fixed he refused to come back and fix the issue. Even when the appliance company asked him to come back he outright refused. He will take 0 ownership for his work. I do not recommend him.

Michael was very responsive from the moment we contacted him on a saturday morning regarding our dryer (German made) showing a F01 code and him securing a new control board the same day and doing the replacement the following day (sunday). Pleasant and knowledgeable technician whom we plan to use for all future appliance repairs.

Micheal come to our house on saturday feb 26 earlier than excepted and let me tell you he was a welcome sight . My dishwasher had not been working for days . We had two please come look at it within 3 months and a day later it was broken again . Well here it is March 7th and going strong !
