Michael came into our home and immediately did not believe us that there was anything wrong with our range, he eye rolled and was outright rude. He came back to apparently fix it a month later with parts, however, made the issue worse. When told it wasnt fixed he refused to come back and fix the issue. Even when the appliance company asked him to come back he outright refused. He will take 0 ownership for his work. I do not recommend him.

Every other company the manufacturer has authorized to work in your area has been to your home and refused to return due to your attitude according to the notes. Then after our visit, you texted us to inform us we are not welcome back... and now you want us back? Confusing.
