Although the parts were in stock they didn't return for a week. When they came to repair they said it was fixed however that was not the case and I immediately called however they said they would not return til the next day. Today they returned not sure what is wrong but said they would return sometime in the future. Multiple messages to obtain a satisfactory outcome to the owner Michael via his tech, email, text and phone messages resulted in NO call back. So broken washer no one knows why or how to fix it. Beware of this company!

Owen protected the rest of the kitchen and refinished the counters to their original condition. Although not part of the original quote he provided caulking as well. Would recommend thus company

The covers on the external sewer access have broken a few times over the years and with a quick text they were replaced without charge. We found the quality and speed of service to be superior.

Bathtub drain blocked this morning and another company who quoted a lower price however cancelled at the last minute. I called Stephan who had replaced our sewer a year ago and he sent Andrew within a half hour. The job was done quickly, and everything was left clean and neat. Andrew and his partner were both respectful and informative. I would recommend this company.

Francis was amazing, we were able to arrange the service to match my schedule. He arrived right on time and left the work area clean. He provided useful information and even included a new filter without additional charge. we couldn't ask for more than he provided. Highly recommend him.
