I had my carpets cleaned Thursday. They did a very good job. He was quick 20 minutes. It looks really good. He got the stain out.

Service was easy to book and service was very efficient, Justin and John showed up on time and were very thorough with the air duct cleaning. I noticed a significant difference before and after the work. They also inspected my furnace for free. I will book again.

The fellows who came were really kind and friendly and answered any questions that I had. I felt it was a very trustworthy company so I am having them also come and clean my living room furniture.

Called them to clean the ducts on an older house we bought. the appointment was scheduled quickly, they were on time and work was done efficiently. A few weeks later I called to get the gas fireplaces serviced it was at a bust time of year so booking took a bit longer and then my appointment had to be rescheduled due to the gas fitter calling in sick (no fault of his own, these things happen). The rescheduled appointment was another 2 weeks wait but on the day of the appointment they worked with me to get it done first thing. The technician was very pleasant to work with, informative and did his work quickly.

Great company, they are thorough and did a good job. I can tell the difference in my ducts before and after the job was completed. Arrived on time and were very professional. I will use their services again in the future.

I have never had my ducts cleaned before.....I did an evaluation of several companies who supplied this service. Im glad I chose New Look. The serviceman who did the job was very polite and did not mind at all to answer any questions I had. He was effeciant and you could tell he knew what he was doing and seemed to enjoy his job.
I am very satisfied. It was nice that because my home is smaller being a mobile....the sanitizing was free. :) ....... Thankyou for a job well done! :)

His helper was feeling under the weather....so was dragging his feet and not so helpful. I hope tomorrow he is feeling better and will be more in the mood to pick up the pace. Attitude is everything.

Service people very professional. They where very nice and made sure they cleaned up after them selfs...thanks a lot for great service...I would defenatly recommend them to all my friends and family.
