New look did an amazing job! Matty was very professional and friendly. He came back at no cost to get a stubborn stain out of our carpet and it looks so much better now. I really appreciated it. I will call New look again next year for sure.

I had my carpets cleaned Thursday. They did a very good job. He was quick 20 minutes. It looks really good. He got the stain out. I am a satisfied customer. Thanks. Sophia
