Invoice # 66861. Overall happy. Great technician, faster than I thought. I will be using this company again to clean my carpet. Same comment as last year. Carpets left quit wet, had been told a extra sweep of carpets would be done, not sure if that happened. On waiting list to get dryer vent vacuumed! Thank you

Have used New Look for almost 10 years now to maintain my furnace & fireplace, they have always arrived on time and were fast and efficient. I also like the fact that they call to remind you about preventative maintenance for you appliances.

They arrived on time and worked efficiently to clear the blocked dryer duct. I found out that dryer duct was completely blocked. My dryer is work so much better. I'm very happy with the service.
