I have never had my ducts cleaned before.....I did an evaluation of several companies who supplied this service. Im glad I chose New Look. The serviceman who did the job was very polite and did not mind at all to answer any questions I had. He was effeciant and you could tell he knew what he was doing and seemed to enjoy his job. I am very satisfied. It was nice that because my home is smaller being a mobile....the sanitizing was free. :) ....... Thankyou for a job well done! :) His helper was feeling under the weather....so was dragging his feet and not so helpful. I hope tomorrow he is feeling better and will be more in the mood to pick up the pace. Attitude is everything.
